Heya! Welcome to my online portfolio. I'm Thomas Horton and I'm a professional XHTML/CSS coder with over 5 years of experience. I do this job almost full time because I just love to code. I have a very professional vision, only perfection is enough. That is why I upload a coded preview to my host to show you before you even have to pay a penny! I currently work alone, but I am looking for other coders to join my team, this will prevent longer turnaround times. From the time I've recieved a PSD, it should no longer take then 1-3 days to complete the job. My price range ofcourse depends on the layout but to give you an idea: 40$-75$ for the main page and 5$-10$ for any sub-page. I have my own anti-scam way. It will prevent scamming on both buyer and seller side.

- Customer sends preview (low quality jpg,png,gif,bmp,...)
- I will make a quote
- Customer sends files
- I code and temporarily put the site online and send a demo link
- If everything is OK, customer makes payment
- I will send all files in a RAR or ZIP file

All the pages I code will come standart with the following:

- W3 valid code
- Tableless structure, I will be using DIV's and the latest CSS techniques to position the layout
- Cross-Browser compatible, I will test all layouts in IE, FF, Safari, Opera and Netscape
- Stable code, your website will not break when you add, remove or edit content
- All common fonts used in the PSD will be text in the HTML, all uncommon fonts will be images
- Free additional changes after your payment will be done for free
- I will give you free supoort after your payment Top
